Papamoa Plaza gift cards are available to purchase from the Information Desk. The gift cards can be redeemed at most of the 40+ stores in the centre. You can choose the amount you would like to load between $5 to $200 per card.

Papamoa Plaza gift cards are very popular for birthday and Christmas presents, a thank you gift, prizes for sports teams and as gratefully received donations to charitable organisations.

The Papamoa Plaza parents room is a family-friendly space that is designed as a convenient space for parents with young children. The room is equipped with,

• Private and comfortable feeding areas
• Baby change tables
• Microwave
• Toddlers fenced off play area
• TV - Disney Channel
• Toddler toilets

We work hard to ensure the parent's room is kept clean and tidy for our customers with young ones. Thank you to our dedicated cleaning team for the great job they do in making this happen.

The parent's room is located down the corridor between Smile Sushi and Spark.

Shopping at Papamoa Plaza with young ones? Do they need to burn off some energy? Take them to the Papamoa Plaza toddler’s play area. The toddler’s play area is suitable for children under the age of 5. Please note this is a parent monitored zone. This means parents are responsible for their children so they must not be left unattended.

There is an adjoining seating area, so grab a coffee or a bite to eat and watch them play.

Our Customer Service Desk is located near the Food Court and is open during normal trading hours. Our friendly customer service team can provide you with a wide range of helpful information about the centre, including gift voucher sales, free gift wrapping service, access to wheelchairs. Other services include photocopying and printing documents.

Papamoa Plaza has approximately 650 customer carparks. With two main entrance ways into the centre, there are lots of convenient parking options available. All parking is monitored by Parking Enforcement Services with clearly signposted options.

For our customer's convenience Papamoa Plaza also has,

• Mobility parking - please ensure an approved mobility card is displayed
• Stork parking

These parks are located at the key entrance points into the centre.

There are two bathroom facilities at Papamoa Plaza both of which have accessible toilets. One is located down the corridor between Dorje and Vivo Hair & Beauty. The other is located down the corridor between Smile Sushi and George Street Linen. This is also where the Parents Room is located.

We work hard to ensure our toilets are kept clean and tidy for our customers and thank our dedicated cleaning team for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

So many choices for lunch or dinner, a bite on the run or a relaxing coffee or two. Papamoa Plaza Food Court is open daily from 9:00 am – 8:00 pm with offers to suit all tastes and a variety of seating options for all ages and groups large or small.
