Q. How long have you been working at Body In Motion?
A. I started at Body in Motion in July 2012, so I have been with the company for 8 years.

Q. What do you enjoy most about your job?
A. I enjoy the variety of my job. Half of my day is spent in the clinic treating everyday injuries, the other half of my day is spent in the gym, or about and about visiting various workplaces and assisting clients with return to work programs.

Q. What is great about having Body In Motion located at Papamoa Plaza?
A. Body in Motion has been in Papamoa for a long time, but it's been great to recently move into your new facility at the plaza. We now have a modern and spacious clinic.

Q. What’s your favourite thing to do in the region when you're not working?
A. I love running, up the mount and pap hills, or down the beach at low tide. I also enjoy heading out to the cafes, pubs and restaurants!

Q. Where do you like to shop or eat at Papamoa Plaza?
A. I just love getting a Chai latte and date scone from Double Teaspoons!

Q. Tell us about Body In Motion Health and why you exist?
A. Body in Motion established in 2002. We now have 7 clinics across Tauranga, New Zealand, one clinic in Whakatane, New Zealand, and offer services right across the Bay of Plenty Region and Waikato Region.

Q. When should someone consider coming to see you?
A. Anyone should come and see a Physiotherapist when they have injured themselves, or have any pain or discomfort. You don't need a GP referral and we can register your injury with ACC.

Q. What makes Body In Motion different from others in the industry?
A. At Body in Motion we offer a range of services, along with Physiotherapists we have Psychologists, Dietitians, Occupational Therapists, and Pilates Instructors.

Q. What services do you offer that people might not know about?
A. Running assessments, pelvic health assessments and treatment, Pink and Steel cancer rehabilitation, Workplace and ergonomic assessments, and Reformer and Matt Pilates classes. So many!!!
